LEMO War Zone is an innovative community outreach event that consists of a 10-minute warm-up, 60-minute workout, and 10-minute cool down. Not only does LEMO War Zone physically and mentally prepare you for the “everyday battles of life,” it provides you with a broader network. Our main objective is to bring the community together to “fight in the trenches as ONE TEAM,” share one another’s power and resources, create longevity, and, most importantly, close the achievement gap for our youth!
